AB 1825 Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Supervisors

AB 1825 mandates that all employers with 50 or more employees provide two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to supervisors every two years.
This session will focus on identifying ways to prevent, and when necessary address, harassing and bullying behaviors in the workplace. All employees and elected or appointed officials are entitled to a workplace free of unwelcome bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. This session is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to identify, address, and respond to such unwelcome conduct.
- Training Frequency – once every two years from date of completion of the last training.
- Supervisors New to the Company – to be trained within six months of assuming their supervisory position.
Training will be provided by Gerry Preciado of 34th Street Consulting.
